If you are traveling with small children or others who prefer to remain in shallow water, then this package is perfect for you. The Dolphin Encounter takes place in our dolphin habitat, but doesn’t require swimming. You will learn about dolphins while having lots of fun interacting with them in our gorgeous surroundings.

Everything in our Royal Garrafón package plus this unique opportunity to interact with our dolphins.

The Dolphin Encounter features an adorable hug and kiss from a dolphin, plus a sweet dolphin serenade and handshake.

During your Dolphin Encounter you will be able to touch the dolphin from a platform in the water.

Round trip ferry transportation between Cancun and Isla Mujeres from the ferry pier “El embarcadero” (next to Cancun Theater).

Free for children 1 to 5 years old when accompanied by a paying adult participating in a Royal Garrafón + Dolphin Encounter package.

Photos and video of your time with our dolphins are extra	Children 8 and older may participate by themselves. Duration: 45 minutes (including orientation). Minimum age for this family activity: 1 year old and must fit the life vest. Children 1 to 7 years old must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult (18 yrs or older; one adult per child).

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this program.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the start of your reserved dolphin swim.

The use of a safety vest is required for all Garrafón water programs.

Use only biodegradable sun lotion to protect the animals and their environment.
