The crystalline ocean that surrounds the nature park has an approximate depth of 4 meters ( 13 ft). You can snorkel while enjoying the calm tide in this area, where a part of the magnificent Great Maya Reef is found. The great diversity of underwater species, including several types of coral and multicolored tropical fish, offers an unparalleled visual spectacle that is virtually indescribable.

Snorkeling
A favorite park activity! Explore on your own or have one of our experienced guides teach you the basics. We offer snorkeling tours of the most wonderful corners of the reef. You don’t even have to know how to swim, just put on a life jacket and snorkel gear to safely float along, looking at all the fish.

Kayaks
Garrafón Park also offers complimentary kayaks. Take off in a single or two-passenger kayak and ride the waves above the reef, safely inside the park limits. Of course, this activity is always subject to ocean conditions.

Swimming Pool
Sometimes you just want to relax in a pool. Spend time chilling out in our spacious, 35-meter (100 ft), fresh water, infinity swimming pool and take in the beautiful panoramic view of Cancun Bay. It also features a delightfully cool waterfall and children’s area. |
