Conditions for group reservations
- These promotions are only valid for groups that book the same program, schedule, and date.
- No refunds apply for cancellations made within 4 days prior to your scheduled program.
- All our programs operate rain or shine; therefore no refunds apply for bad weather unless dTraveller decides to cancel a program.
- Any changes are subject to availability.
- All refunds, due to reduction of number of participants, the total cancellation of the reservation, or for any other reason, are subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total paid for the services.
- If your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason, causing you to miss your program, you will be charged with a 5% bank transaction fee, as long as we receive by fax or e-mail a copy of the letter (with logo) issued by the cruise stating the situation. That information will be subject to verification with the cruise line.
- For safety reasons and with no exception, the participation of pregnant women is not allowed in any of our water activities.
- If anyone in your group has a physical or mental limitation please contact us before booking. Reservations are only on request and subject to authorization of the location manager.
