- Children ages 1 - 5 have access to the park and free transportation.
- The dock fee is $15 USD, and it must be paid at check-in
- The dock fee must be paid from 6 years old

- To carry out the temazcal activity you must register, to reserve your place and time, when you arrive at the park*
- The zipline round is valid for online purchases only*
- Maritime transportation leaves at 9 am from Playa Langosta in the Hotel Zone of Cancun
- Photographs during aquatic activities and/or experiences have an additional cost
- The use of lifeguards is mandatory in all water activities
- Pregnant women (5 months and more) can't participate in water activities or zip lining for safety reasons.
- Women less than 5 months pregnant may participate in aquatic activities only when accompanied by another adult and having signed a letter of responsibility.

- Arrive 1 hour early at the ferry departure point to avoid inconveniences before boarding.

Dolphin Encounter Program Policies
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors up to 1.20m / 3.93ft tall must complete the swimming experience accompanied by 1 paid adult
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.20m / 3.93ft and a height less than 1.40m / 4.59ft can do the swimming experience accompanied by a paid adult
- Children 13 years old and older with a height of 1.40m / 4.59ft or more must pay their ticket as an adults and will be able to swim alone
